Karmview provides calculation-based astrology reports, saved birth charts and one-chart lifetime paid feature access for digital astrology guidance. Reports may include Kundli, Panchang, Karma Prediction, ASK, Profession, Trading, Gems, Matchmaking, Astrologer Outlook and AI Prompt export features.

Karmview is intended for personal insight, reflection and guidance. It does not guarantee future events, income, marriage, health outcomes, investment results or any particular life outcome.

• Use Karmview only for lawful, personal and non-abusive purposes.
• Enter accurate birth details when you want accurate chart calculations.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, misuse or interfere with the service.
• Do not use Karmview reports as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.

Karmview uses mobile OTP verification to connect saved charts and paid access with a verified profile. You are responsible for access to your mobile number and OTP. If you lose access to your mobile number, contact support for review.

Free saved charts may be deleted by users. Paid lifetime-access charts are protected from normal user deletion to preserve paid access. If a paid chart must be removed, contact Karmview support for manual review.

• Website payments are processed by Razorpay. Karmview does not store full card, bank-account or UPI credentials.
• iOS purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and Android purchases may be processed through Google Play Billing.
• A paid unlock gives lifetime access to the unlocked Karmview features for the specific saved birth chart linked to the verified user profile.
• A different chart, different birth details or a different user profile may require a separate unlock.

Karmview provides digital services only. No physical product is shipped. After successful payment verification, paid chart features are normally unlocked instantly for the selected saved birth chart. If access does not appear after a captured payment, contact support with the verified mobile number and payment details.

The AI Prompt feature lets users download a structured chart calculation report and attach it to any third-party AI platform of their choice. Third-party AI platforms are separate services. Users should use them at their own privacy discretion.

Karmview design, text, calculations, reports, icons, structure, software and branding are owned by or licensed to Scale 9 Pictures Private Limited. You may use generated reports for personal use. Commercial copying, resale, redistribution, scraping or unauthorised reproduction is not permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Karmview and Scale 9 Pictures Private Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on astrology reports.

We may update these terms when features, payment flows or legal requirements change. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
