Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund requests are handled for Karmview website payments and app-store purchases.

Merchant Details
One-Chart Lifetime Access
Karmview paid access is sold as lifetime access for one saved birth chart linked to the verified user profile. Once a chart is successfully unlocked and the paid features are made available, the service is treated as delivered.
Refunds May Be Considered For
- A duplicate payment was charged for the same user profile and same saved chart.
- A successful website payment was captured by Razorpay but paid access was not granted after reasonable verification.
- A payment was deducted but no order, transaction or access record can be matched after support review.
- A refund is required by applicable law or by the payment platform's mandatory rules.
Refund Timeline
Eligible refund requests should be raised within 7 days of payment. Approved website refunds are initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method wherever possible. Bank, card, UPI or payment-provider settlement timelines may vary, but approved refunds are normally processed within 5 to 10 working days after approval.
Not Normally Refundable
- A report was unlocked and viewed or downloaded successfully.
- The user entered incorrect birth details, selected the wrong place or created the wrong chart.
- The user changed their mind after successful unlock.
- The user expected a guaranteed outcome from astrology guidance.
- A separate chart was created and unlocked intentionally.
Website Payments Through Razorpay
For eligible website-payment refunds, Karmview will review the Razorpay payment ID, order ID, verified mobile number, chart ID and unlock status. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method wherever possible.
Processing time depends on Razorpay, the issuing bank, UPI provider or payment method. Refund approval by Karmview does not mean the amount appears instantly in the user's account.
Apple and Google Purchases
Purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing are governed by Apple's or Google's refund rules. Karmview may help identify the chart and transaction, but final refund handling may need to be requested through the relevant app-store platform.
No Shipping / Digital Service Delivery
Karmview provides digital reports and online access only. No physical product is shipped. Once paid chart access is successfully unlocked and available, the digital service is considered delivered, subject to the eligibility cases listed above.
How To Request A Refund Review
Contact admin@karmview.com or contact@karmview.com or WhatsApp +91 9930946397 with your verified mobile number, payment date, payment method, Razorpay payment ID/order ID if available, and the chart name or chart details. Refund requests should be raised within 7 days of the payment where possible.
Fraud, Abuse and Chargebacks
Karmview may refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, repeatedly duplicated, technically inconsistent or contrary to platform rules. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of paid access until the dispute is resolved.
