No Subscription Cancellation
Karmview website paid access is currently a one-time lifetime unlock for a specific saved birth chart. It is not a recurring subscription, so there is no monthly or yearly plan to cancel.
What Can Be Cancelled
- A payment attempt can be cancelled before completing payment in Razorpay, Apple or Google payment screens.
- Free saved charts may be deleted by the user from their verified profile.
- A pending or failed payment attempt does not unlock paid access and may be retried.
Cancellation Timeline
A payment attempt may be cancelled only before payment is completed. Once payment is successful and digital chart access is unlocked, the order cannot be cancelled as a normal cancellation request. Payment issues after successful deduction should be raised under the Refund Policy for review.
What Cannot Be Cancelled Normally
- A completed paid unlock cannot be cancelled like a subscription because it is a one-time chart access purchase.
- Paid lifetime-access charts are not removed by normal user deletion, so paid access is not lost accidentally.
- Completed app-store transactions are subject to Apple or Google platform rules.
Payment Failure Or User Cancellation
If a user closes the payment screen, bank authentication fails, payment expires or the payment gateway reports cancellation, paid access will not be granted. The user may start a new payment attempt for the same chart.
Paid Chart Removal
Paid charts are protected from normal user deletion to preserve lifetime access. If you need a paid chart removed from your profile, contact admin@karmview.com or contact@karmview.com or WhatsApp +91 9930946397. Manual removal may not automatically create a refund and may permanently remove access to that chart.
Refund Link
If your concern is about a duplicate charge, failed unlock after payment capture or another payment issue, please refer to the Refund Policy. Cancellation and refund are separate processes.
