This policy explains how Karmview collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the Karmview website, iOS app or Android app.

We collect your mobile phone number for OTP verification, account access, saved-chart restoration and security. Karmview does not require an email address for its normal account flow. If you email support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include in that correspondence.
When you create or save a chart, we collect the chart name, date of birth, birth time, birth place and the latitude and longitude associated with that birth place. These coordinates describe the selected birth location; Karmview does not request continuous or live device location.
We create internal user IDs, chart IDs, chart fingerprints, authentication sessions and access records to connect your verified mobile profile with saved charts and unlocked features. Firebase Authentication also generates identifiers needed to authenticate users.
We keep purchase and access information such as product ID, transaction or order reference, payment status, chart access status and purchase environment. Apple processes iOS in-app payments and Razorpay processes eligible website payments. Karmview does not receive or store your complete card, bank-account or UPI credentials.
We process information you enter for astrology services, including ASK questions, matchmaking details and other chart-related inputs. This content is used to calculate and return the requested result. Limited request information may also appear in security or operational logs.
Firebase services may process authentication identifiers, app installation or messaging tokens, device model, operating-system and app version, language, time zone, IP address and similar technical information. We may also process basic request, error and service-log information for authentication, notifications, fraud prevention, security and reliability.
Karmview does not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising, data-broker activity or tracking users across apps and websites owned by other companies.
We use service providers only as needed to operate Karmview. Their processing is governed by their agreements and privacy terms.
Phone authentication, app infrastructure, notifications, secure backend services and operational logging.
App distribution, TestFlight, in-app purchases and transaction verification on Apple platforms.
Payment processing for eligible purchases made through the Karmview website.
Hosting and delivery of the Karmview website.
We retain account, chart and access information while it is needed to provide saved charts, restore purchases, maintain security and meet legal or financial-record obligations. Retention periods may differ depending on the record and applicable law.
You can delete individual saved charts through Karmview. To request access, correction or deletion of your complete account and associated personal information, contact admin@karmview.com or contact@karmview.com from or with reference to your verified mobile number. We may retain transaction, fraud-prevention or legal records where required by law.
You can disable notifications through your device settings. Deleting a Karmview account does not itself reverse a completed one-time purchase or create an automatic refund; refund requests remain subject to the payment platform's rules.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Our providers may process information in India and other countries where they operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
Karmview is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.
Astrology results are provided for personal insight and guidance. They are not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
We may update this policy when Karmview features, providers or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will be shown on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or website.
